The place is very nice. But the last two times I went to get boba and they made the Boba with a lot of water and ice

Was trying boba for the first time, was VERY good

Fruit tea had ground up untasty orange bits in it and way too much ice. Was unable to try the milk teas as they had no milk alternative on the menu. Please get soy milk!

They have quite a selection of drinks here and there's plenty of parking and seating if you're looking to hang out with friends. They just started selling The Travel Bottle! Buy a bottle for $12 ($13 with tax) and you get a drink free! I love the design of the glass bottles. I got the SF one, but they have NYC, Chicago, Paris, Bangkok too.

(NOW) they have change, customer service are better than before, it does not feel forcing you to give a tip anymore.Every store or retail, restaurant etch. asking for a tip! I never come back. (BEFORE)

It was good. I got lobster noodles. It was ok,but lobster was dirty . I think if the cut the non edable part. It would be better. ( just a thought)

Decent pearls, place needs a fresh coat of paint/new chairs, friendly staff and decent snacks. Miss the old recipes from QCup but this place is not bad. I recommend peach 🍑 tea with pearls, Thai tea and their popcorn chicken.

Tea Villa is one of the best places to have boba tea. I personally love the Summer Breeze and the fruit tea. It's you babe I venmo they give you a discount on the sales tax and you can actually get a lot of stamps for each time you visit and you can redeem that for a free drink after every 10 drinks. Delta have couple of movies playing all the time and there are like a lot of games to play they also have board games to play and usually a lot of kids hang out here. Apart from the Boba Tea have tried the chicken which is pretty good. They have a lot of jellies and Boba types among which I personally like the mango boba, the honey , Boba and the coffee jelly

We had 5 types of drinks, we mostly likes the one with milk ones(soy and regular).The regular fruit flavored ones didn't taste that great. I tried mango and rose for fruit flavored ones, I didn't like them. They kind of have Umami taste.

Has good food and drinks. Best part for gamers is that there is 4 PS4s ready for you to play

Stopped by this morning, I was told this location is permanently closed. ☹️

Sad. Came here for the new milk carton cup, it's super cute. But the cup is $5 and does not even come with the drink. You have to buy it separately. If I knew that, I would not have driven all the way here from SF. ☹

Great experience, enjoyed the ambiance and had friendly customer service. Worth it even if they had a wait time 🙌🏼

This place Music too loud. Tea is too sweet, just like you drink syrup.

I eat there almost everyday. The bbq pork bento box is the best.

It is a great place to have a light lunch or dinner. Open late hours and plenty of seats which is hard to find in the area. Such a good hang out place in the area.

Been coming here for a while because I work in the same shopping center. It used to (past two years) be pretty basic milk tea (not a bad thing, I just wouldn't go out of my way to get it) with some fun specials but I feel like the quality has improved in the last two months or they have new employees who make it slightly wrong/different but more to my taste. Either way, it's a nice shop with a surprising amount of seating, some ps4s on the back wall to play games, and the staff are friendly.

The Matcha Brulé drink is on point. Since there is caramelized sugar at the top it is best to order this drink a little less sweet than you normally would.

This is a very tasty bubble tea place with many different flavors, although it is slightly over priced. The snacks are food, but I am vegetarian and I ordered the friend tofu.it was very tasty, however, I found some fried octopus in it! This is horrifying as I am vegetarian and this shows their lack of responsibility. The shop actually is very trendy though.

Extremely slow service, but some of their drinks were quite tasty (green forest). I like the split flavor cup! Ramen was blah. I prefer Teaspoon or iTea.

This place is very cute to go to with friends. Went with three other people and we shared a dessert together. The staff there are very nice and the prices are decent here as well. If you need a sweet fix, then this is the place you'd want to be!

The drinks here are a bit overpriced and aren't really worth it, but it is a nice place to sit and relax while enjoying your average overpriced milk tea. Snacks are good though, I would recommend the fried tofu.

Unfortunately tea villa was closed from last 10 days and the store was empty. Don’t know what happened.

We we're very excited to try this place out for the first time, but were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Our fault for expecting more. Tea was good but I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This place started out being a wonderful little tea spot. I recently went back and found it rather disgusting. The tables were sticky, the floor was disgusting, the counters weren't clean, basically nothing was clean and the employees weren't doing anything to correct the issue. I sincerely hope they replace the employees with ones who care, or put up a schedule of expected maintenance to check off and do random checks to make sure it's getting done. Hopefully things will change; I'd hate to see this place go under. It used to be a lovely little place to go for tea.

The house milk special with litchee jelly is the best mik tea I've had in my life! I love the seasoning for French fries 😍

I saw their ad in facebook and i was hooked in this yummy Milk Brulee! This is sooo good! 👍🏻 and the place is cute.

I shared an order of fried chicken and it was tasty. The teas are nice and you can customize the amount of sweetener and ice. But the please seemed a little dirty.

Loved the potted plant milk teas, but takoyaki was a big fail. Service can be very slow and staff can be unfriendly at times.

Too a long time to fill our order. Selections show a lot more interesting ingredients and combos than other bubble tea places though. Definitely worth a visit if only to try out the cajun popcorn chicken next time.

Their Villa chicken is good and tasty! Add the special sauce... Yum yum!

I was looking to try out cheese tea and ended up at this place by accident, a happy one undoubtedly, because there's been many a weekend where I've driven the 10+ miles to get here at 11 in the night to grab a bunch of amazing drinks. Come here for the drinks and light snacks, stay for the playstations setup up for you to play with, the board games or the nice movies on the tele. Hell just drop by, pick up a drink and head on over back to your life, you won't be disappointed. If you're trying to cut back on the sugar, pick a drink which does not have a tea or coffee as its primary flavor and go 0 sweetness. Some drinks can be a hit or miss, but it's very much dependent from person to person, try a few to find your favorite!

Okay, but what other place is going to be open on Thanksgiving? They're trustworthy and that's all I really need; a reliable, good tasting milk tea spot... that won't close on a holiday.

We came here for a late evening celebration. Our snacks were quite tasty, especially the calimari. Everyone else enjoyed their drinks. I am the only native English speaker in the group. I had a hard time getting a black tea, hot, nothing added. What I got was too sweet and I threw half of it away. I would go again, with my Vietnamese friends, but I would let them order for me.
